Due to the nature of frozen food products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, you must inform us within 2 hours of delivery with proof (image/video).
After verification, we will offer a replacement or partial/full refund based on the issue.
